RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Return Window

We offer a 3-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery.

If 3 days have passed since your order arrived, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.


ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

✔ The item must be unused
✔ Must be in original packaging
✔ Should be in the same condition as delivered
✔ Tags, pouches, boxes must be intact
✔ No signs of wear, scratches or damage

Used or worn jewellery cannot be accepted due to hygiene reasons.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene & safety, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings

  • Earcuffs

  • Sale items / discounted items

  • Free gifts

  • Items bought under “Buy X Get Y” offers

  • Customised products

  • Damage due to improper handling


EXCHANGE POLICY

We allow exchanges for:

  • Wrong product received

  • Defective product

  • Size issues (rings only)

Exchange is subject to product availability.


REFUNDS

Refunds are provided only if:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product is defective

  • Wrong item shipped

Refund Method:
✔ Original payment method
✔ Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return/exchange:

  1. Email us at ewasyastudio@gmail.com

  2. Mention your order number & issue

  3. Attach photos/videos of the product

  4. Our team will guide you with the next steps

Once the return is approved, pickup will be arranged from your address.


REVERSE PICKUP

Return Pickup Charges:
₹70–₹120 depending on your pincode (deducted from refund amount).


CANCELLATIONS

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.


NOTE

  • Ewasya is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

  • In case of tampered packaging, record a video while opening.

  • Multiple returns from the same account may be rejected.
